How much does it cost?
Wocapi plans start at $ 499 and include all our services. If you need a single task, look at the scope of work. No hidden costs and no surprises.
What does unlimited service mean?
As our subscribers, there is no limitation to the number of services you would like to use. As well as the number of revisions. You won’t get charged any extra money. Our people will work on your tasks in your queue until you’re 100% happy.
Are there any hidden fees?
No! Only a monthly flat-rate subscription plan or custom work. All taxes and fees are included.

Wocapi will automatically assign your projects to the most suitable dedicated manager and you’ll be able to manage all your tasks from one dashboard.
What is the turnaround time?
It really depends on what service you require and the complexity. As you probably know, banner design is not the same as a complex task such as a landing page. If you give us clear and detailed instructions we can absolutely work better and faster.
How many tasks can I submit at a time?
You can submit as many tasks as you wish. It really does not matter if you submit 1 task for design then 1 task for SEO or 1 task for development. You are limited only by the subscription level you have chosen (basic, standard or premium) and the queue.
Can I run multiple brands with 1 account?
Sure you can. All of our plans come with unlimited brands and businesses. Use it for yourself or your clients.

Review our work & provide feedback
Need any tweaking?? No worries. Submit as many revisions as you like until you are 100% satisfied.
What does “queue” mean?
We’ll complete one of your tasks at a time before we start the next one, two at a time with our Standard plan, and more with the Premium plan. Each round of revisions is treated as a new task and this can affect the turnaround time of other tasks in your queue.
How do I change my project team?
Are you not satisfied with the work provided by your project team? Let us know and we’ll find someone else who will be more compatible with your brand.
Are there any limitations to services?
Not really but there may be some types of work that we don’t do. Contact your Wocapi account manager for assistance.

STEP 4
Approve. Receive files
Once you are satisfied with our work and approve it, we will send you a source file, business template or complete tech work. Don’t forget to share your feedback with the project team. It means a lot to us and that way we can provide better services.
How do I get my source files?
Once the project task is completed, you will receive an email with a link to pCloud where you can download your source files. All your files and resources are also easily accessible from your account on our platform.
Can I keep working with my project team?
Of course, you can. As long as you keep your subscription, you can continue to work with the same team on future business needs.
